Kite POS - How to record Receive Transaction of PO (Best Online POS Billing Software with Inventory and Accounting)

Receive transaction used to record package receiving activities of a Purchase Order. The PO can be received in multiple receives. Partial items, partial quantities of item, etc., When all the items across multiple receives of the PO is complete then PO status will become RECEIVED.

Steps.
  • Select the PO for which to create receive transaction by right click on PO, then select the 'Receive' menu from the popup.
  • It will display the list of Receives for that PO, click '+' on the top, will bring up the the purchase order details where you can specify the quantity to receive.
