Kite POS - How to create Point of Sales ((Best Online POS Billing Software with Inventory and Accounting)

Kite POS is an online Point of Sale billing software package developed and marketed by Kite Technology Solutions. Kite Apps are targeted mainly towards small and medium-sized businesses and offer as cloud-based version that Track Invoices, Bills, Warehouse, Inventory and more.

Steps:

  • Select POS menu, click "+" button on the top, it will bring up the POS detail screen.
  • Add items using "+" button on Products list, will add the product into the order with default quantity, units and taxes.
  • Click on order item, it will bring up the item detail screen where you can modify the required fields like Unit, Quantity,Price,Taxes and then save the item, it will be updated.
  • Once all items are added, you can specify the shipping and adjustment cost if  it is applicable
  • Now you can also send it to customer, if customer is selected or simply create the POS transaction by click on 'Save' button . Once POS created it can be sent to Customer though email as a PDF document. PDF document can also be e-signed before sending email.
  • When payment is received against an POS  it can be recorded in the system using PAYMENT transaction of an POS.
