Kite POS - How to make Payments to Bills (Best Online POS Billing Software with Inventory and Accounting)

Business makes payments against bills. This can be recorded using PAYMENT transaction of a BILL.


Steps.

  • Select the Bill for which to make payment transaction by right click on Bill, then select the 'Payment' menu from the popup.
  • It will display the list of Payments for that Bill, click '+' on the top, will bring up the the Bill payment details where you can specify the payment amount, date, payment mode, notes etc..
  • Now you can save the Bill payment transaction
  • When the payment made partially against the bill, payment can be recorded and the bill becomes PARTIALLY_PAID 
  • When the bill's entire payment made then payment is recorded and status becomes PAID
